We are looking for a talented Production Assistant with enthusiasm to join our great team on the exciting new project, Animated Feature TAD 4!!
You will be an essential part of our project, responsible for providing assistance to the Producer of our animated feature.
First of all, you're probably interested in knowing that...we offer 100% remote work!
WE NEED YOU TO BE ABLE TO DO:
- Under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, track progress of tasks.
- Assist Production Supervisor with department calendar and handles the scheduling for the Department Head; interacts with department leadership.
- Follows up with Artist Leads on a daily basis to ensure task deliveries remain on schedule.
- Assist Production Supervisors with maintaining quotas, deadlines & inventory, ensuring departmental productivity goals are consistently met. Generate weekly report from department, quota...Bring concerns about potential schedule or budget overruns to the Production Supervisor and Production Manager.
- Communicates with other departments regarding department needs.
- Proactively respond to request for information and assistance from those within and outside of the department.
- Stay abreast of issues on the floor and elevate information appropriately to Production Supervisor.
- Coordinate crew meetings.
- Responsible for multiple dailies sessions each day.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently in a fully remote environment, with that comes the supreme individual responsibility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and maintain your own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great team player, create a collaborative and welcoming environment.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and within budgets, adhere to the production schedule and deliver completed assignments on time.
- Align with the style, sensibility of the project and the Director vision
WE WILL MAKE THE PERFECT MATCH IF YOU HAVE:
- 0-2 years of professional experience from either animation TV series or feature animation movie.
- Strong computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Good knowledge of Shotgrid is a plus.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and implement it effectively, to reach the quality desired.
- Anticipation and quick reaction for problem solving.
- Demonstrate great autonomy and proactivity in your work.
- Great attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills.
